About Villa Mont Blanc Manor
This lovely villa is located at short walking distance from the Marriott
Hotel and windsurfing beaches, in one of the most exclusive residential
areas of Aruba.
The villa features a bright spacious formal living room with windows on all sides,
high vaulted wood carved ceilings, combined with a traditional style dining room that
is large enough for the whole family (Air- Conditioned). A huge fully equipped
kitchen with an extra large family room with tall ceilings (very spacious and beautifully
decorated) along with plenty of windows keep the island breezes blowing through the house.
The double French doors (and plenty of windows) lead outside to a covered patio with
large pool, lovely tiled sun deck and tropical garden surrounding with plenty of palm trees.
The house gives you the warm feeling of plenty of space and is bright and breezy.
The 1st level has 3 bedrooms (each with king beds)and 2 bathrooms, Air-Conditioning and
plenty of closet space.
The upper level has 2 bedrooms, each with king size bed and share a bathroom plus walk-in
closet.
There is a small bedroom just off the kitchen area which may also be available for guests.
Keep in mind that it is a smaller type guest room with queen/full size bed, private
bathroom and Air-Conditioning.
This house is ideal for larger groups who need many bedrooms and lots of family living
space.
Location: Bakval- walk to Palm Beach!
Bakval is one of Aruba's nicest residential communities located just
across from the Marriott hotel. Homes in this area are exceptionally
well located for the vacationer, only a two-block walk to beautiful
beaches by the hotels as well as the very quiet stretch of beach on the
opposite side of the Marriott. Take a very short walk to the high-rise
hotels and the most popular wind surfing area. Only a few minutes ride
to 'Restaurant Row', tennis club, golf course and eight minutes to town.
This location is near water-sports, casinos, restaurants and horseback
riding. Bakval is a very desirable community and the area is considered
safe and quiet.
